Volunteering with Baltimore Boys and Girls Club;

Meeting with Rep. Defazio to discussthe importance of supporting rural coastal communities.

Organized a storm drain mural project with City of Coos Bay, the Coos Watershed Association, and local teens to raise awareness about protecting the watershed!

Coordinated educational tours and invasive English Ivy removal at South Slough National Estuarine Reserve with 28 teens.

Organized college credit and national certifications for participants.

I help organizations thrive by using my writing ability, web savvy, and community organizing skills to mobilize resources to

address critical needs.

Recent Accomplishments:

• Published in regional and national publications.• Successfully secured $100,000+ in grant funds in

the last fiscal year.• Coordinated multiple fundraising events.• Received Certification in Wilderness First Aid.• Voted “Project sponsor of the year” 2011 by AmeriCorps NCCC Pacific Region.
