TANK, CONNECTING THE COMPRESSOR TUBING, BLOCKING THE TOP AIR OUTPUTS TO THE MAC VALVES, AND BUILDING A JUMPER FOR THE PRESSURE SWITCH, YOU CAN TURN ON THE MACHINE AND TROUBLESHOOT THE TANK OUTSIDE THE UNIT USING THE COMPRESSOR TO CONTINUALLY FILL THE TANK UNTIL YOU FIND THE LEAK

BUILD A COUPLE OF 3/8” TUBING PLUGS AS SHOWN

You can remove the caps using a strap wrench to replace the O-rings that seal each cap. The end caps are threaded.

AIR TANK O-RINGS CAN DEVELOP LEAKS OVER TIME

LOOK CLOSELY WHERE THE PRESSURE SWITCH THREADS INTO THE 4 WAY I HAVE SEEN LEEKS DEVELOP HERE AS WELL

LEAKS AT THE BACK OF THE PRESSURE SWITCH

AT TIMES THE TUBING STARTS LEAKING AT VARIOUS TUBING CONNECTIONS

LEAKS AT THE 3/8” TUBING CONNECTIONS
