PREPARATION

Firstofall,meltthebutter,honeyandvanillasugarinapan.

Nowmixtheegg,yoghurtandlemonjuiceinabowl,addthemeltedbuttermixtureandcontinuestirring.

Mixtheflour,bakingpowderandcinnamonandaddtotheliquidmixturewiththegratedlemonzest.
