Adding(+) X-valuesSubtracting (-) X-values

IntroductionIn this lesson we will be learning how to add and subtract X-values. I will show you some examples on how to add these X-numbers. Afterwards you will be given some multiple choice questions that you need to answer. You will have an unlimited time to complete this assignment in which you may move back and forth through this show. This is meant to challenge you as well as make math fun. So take your time and good luck. I know you will do well.

Adding X

When you add an X value you need to make sureThat the values you are adding are to the same power.

Ex.1 X+4X=?Answer: 5XWe can add these without any problem because the X-values are to the same power 1.X=X¹
