Candidate will be a graduate of a College of Pharmacy accredited by ACPE and currently licensed and in good standing to practice the profession of pharmacy in the state of Michigan. The individual will have experience in a hospital pharmacy or the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Compliance with all policies, procedures, codes, and standards

• Monitoring all medication orders issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers for accuracy, allergies, and interactions.

• Admixing intravenous medications using standard formulas and processes.

• Answering questions and providing information to staff and patients.

• Ability to work both cooperatively and independently.

• Maintaining strict confidentiality.
