A little late, but Happy New Years! A new year

means that the 2015-2016 term is coming to an

end, but nevertheless our passion for service strives

on. Because of all you Manatees, Jet has served

more than 13000 hours of service , raised near

$10000 for our charities, and built an amazing

Ohana with over 700 members! These numbers are

a small part of why I love serving the best division in

the district. It’s because that I know every single

person in Jet is filled with good intentions and want

to either make a significant impact on the world or

on someone’s world. Let’s keep this in mind as the

term comes to an end. We’ll surpass that $20000 for

Project Eliminate, get 600 members to attend

DCON and show the world why CNH KIWIN’S is the

best community service organization out there!

Clothe the Children | December 5th, 2015

“Once the clock struck 7, members from Marina

KIWIN'S filed in to Walmart located at Beach and

Talbert to participate in Kiwanis' Annual Clothe the Children event on

the 5th of December, 2015. Clothe the Children is one of the biggest

event's of the year! Every year, shoppers/volunteers are given $100to

shop with a unprivileged child in need of necessities such as clothing

around Walmart! Unfortunately this time, only 10 members were al-

lowed to participate since they had decided to hold two annual

Clothe the Children this year! Although there was a minimum number

on volunteers, the event itself was still successful! This year all the kids

went home happy with their new clothes! “
