Our Magical Solution

Happy Fingers will suggest ways to tackle sleep deprivation due to being kept awake by work-related worry. It's that thinking midnight feeling of tossing and turning, unable to find sleep, because you can't leave the day behind… It's that nagging worry waking you up in the middle of the night and preventing you from falling back asleep. Generally, it's the inability to leave your work worries at the foot of your bed.
