extends t o t h e Wellgreen Mine S i t e . This road t u r n s westward t o t h e

Wellgreen p rope r ty approx. % mile from t h e D i a l p rope r ty . During t h e

Summer months t h i s road i s maintained a long Q u i l l Creek,adjacent t o

t h e D i a l p roper ty ,by p l a c e r miners working i n t h e a r ea .

A f t e r t h e acceptance o f t h i s r e p o r t t h e claims w i l l

e x p i r e on t h e -2 JUL -90.

Previous Work:

These claims form p a r t o f t h e o l d Q u i l l Creek Copper

Mines L td p rope r ty which was d r i l l e d and t r enched by Newmont

i n 1967.

Physiography and Glac i a t ion :

The claims a r e s i t u a t e d i n t h e Kluane Range o f t h e

S t . E l i a s Mountains. During t h e l a s t major g l a c i a l advance, i c e

moved g e n e r a l l y t o t h e north-west from t h e S t . E l i a s Mountains

and was augmented by i c e formed i n t h e Kluane and Donjek ranges .

I n t e n s i v e scour ing occurred i n upper v a l l e y s and depos i t i on i n

lower v a l l e y s .

These claims r i s e from approx. t h e 4000' l e v e l t o

t h e 6000' l e v e l on t h e e a s t e r n r i d g e s . T r e e l i n e occurs a t approx.

t h e 4500' l e v e l with permafrost below t h a t l e v e l and s c a t t e r e d

permafros t above same. The claims cover a s t e e p r idge c r e s t a t an

e l e v a t i o n of approx. 5500' . The outcrop i s good and t h i s r i dge i s

f r e e of permafros t .

These claims a r e t o t a l l y snow-free f o r approx. ?&

months of t h e yea r .

Three rock samples were assayed f o r r o l d

and s i l v e r . The sample 1oc; ; t ions a r e shown on t h e

C e r t i f i c a t e o f Ana lys i s r - p o r t . Only t r a c e amounts o f

Discussion:

As a result of extensive flooding in this

area of the Yuhon during the Summer of 1988 no work

was done on the property at that time. After the

snow receded in June of this year two separate trips

were made to the property and a variety of samples

were obtained. These samples were obtained strictly

to determine their gold and silver content. D. Waugh,

Geological Consultant, of Whitehorse was contacted

to peruse the SF-mples and the best were analyzed with

the results attached.

During the upcoming year more emphasis will

be directed to determining the extent of the high

grade copper located on the property.
