This is a book about the high quality properties of a plastic bottle. It decomposes and zooms in on the specific properties that a plastic bottle holds. It shows the potential of the endless possibilities of this high residual material seen in colour, smell, shape and structure.

.THE QUALITIES OF A BOTTLE.

By pulverizing the bottles to powder the colours will get brighter which creates intense colour pigments. Due to the enormous amount of plastic bottles with their own specific colours there are endless gradients, palettes and combinations.

.COLOUR.

Because the bottles have already led a life as storage for liquids, the liquid has left its specific smell in the material. By only using bottles that stored detergents and turn them into animal figures there are animals created who listen to their original nickname.

.SMEL.

I am ROBIJN

I am FLEURIL

I am ARIEL

I am OMO

I am TREE

I am SUNIL

I am DREFT

By using Heat-conductive metal objects, and letting them serve as a container for the colour pigments, it is possible for each pigment to be formed into any desired, releasing shape.

.MOULD.

.SHAPE.By combining recognizable shaped metal objects together into releas-ing metal moulds, each bottle has a new recognizable form which can be used for several purposes.

By using metal shapes with different wall thicknesses and combining them which each other, it is possible to create a difference of heat within a mould. This makes it possible to create a variation of struc-tures of plastic in one shape.

.STRUCTURE.

.THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS.
