TPGPolymer-fortified, Lithium Complex Grease
DescriptionDuBois Total Performance Grease is your answer if you’re tired of using multiple greases for a variety of applications. TPG is ideal for applications where temperature extremes of –20°F to 350°F are a factor. This lithium complex thickener allows excellent pumpability in central systems as well as in conventional dispensing equipment. It is a unique blend of petroleum oil and additives to optimize low and high temperature performance. TPG grease protects metal surfaces from abrasive, airborne contaminants that can cause wear.
Key Properties• Polymer-fortified petroleum grease; minimizes pound-out, sling-out, and melt-out• Anti-wear; extends bearing life, reduces downtime• Extends grease intervals; reduces maintenance costs• Very high load-carrying properties; broad range of application – high and low pressure• Anti-oxidation; protects metal surfaces from corrosion
Applications and UsesTPG is a convenient multi-purpose grease for general plant use or for use in freezers and outdoors.
TPG can be dispensed in any conventional equipment, including:• Hand-operated grease guns• Air-operated grease guns and pumps• Electric grease guns and pumps• Spring-operated automatic grease reservoirs • All types of central systems
