Loose Parts

What Loose Parts is?

What is Loose Parts?

Loose Parts uses pieces of junk like wood, plastic, tyres,

nets, buckets and much more. You have to use your

imagination and creativity skills to build amazing and

unusual things. The materials are kept in a shed near the

gym hall and are brought in by members of our school.

The Loose Parts team came in and showed the staff a

video, gave the teachers and the students a chance to

play with Loose Parts and they convinced the school to

have their own.

Why we have Loose Parts?

We have Loose Parts to help us engage with our learning

and express our creativity skills. When we play with loose

parts we work in teams to improve our cooperation skills as

well but the main reason we have Loose Parts is to have

fun! Also, we have Loose Parts is so we can use our

imagination to build amazing and wonderful things. Loose

Parts is also there to see how much you can challenge

yourself.
