Log in to My ERA-EDTA
Click on “My Congress”
Click on “Evaluation & Certificates” within the section “My Congress” on My ERA-EDTA.
A new browser tab opens. The name of the user will be displayed together with the information to log in to the My ERA-EDTA profile. Click on Confirm.
Click on “Evaluate” to complete the survey. Once completed the buttons turn green and the certificates are available; complete the evaluation of the congress part attended (ie CEPD or
Congress or both)
The message below appears if you have not attended any session June 6-9, 2020, thus certificates cannot be provided.

The certificates are available for download starting from June 10.2020 (10:00 CEST) for one year.
