• Enter all Fields, Enter Funds Donated only if you and club wish

If a multiyear project/building – count how many people will benefit in one year

Measure number of volunteers

District or Multi-Club Activities: The sponsoring club reports: Number of volunteers and hours worked by its’ own club members Total number of people served. Participating club reports: Number of volunteers and hours worked by its’ own club members

Tips: Keep a Log of every activity of the club Put Volunteer hours in club minutes to ensure accuracy.
