Program • Project Area: 50.6 acres, of which 36.6 will be ground leased
• Development Footprint: 18.5 acres
• Conservation Restriction: 32.4 acres
• Unit Count: 129 units– 72 flats in three 4-story elevator buildings– 57 townhomes in duplex and triplex configurations.
• Unit Sizes: The flats will range from approximately 1,100 SF to 1,500 SF. The townhomes will be approximately 2,000 SF.
• Commons Building: 5,000 SF, located on a central green, adjacent to the community gardens.
• Green Design: Silver rating on National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Model Green Home Building Guidelines.
