This month's Let's Eat puts forward five establishments that should satisfy your craving this summer. On the cover is Susi, Asia's first 100 percent vegan and gluten-free restaurant. That may sound a bit much but their food is slowly attracting vegans and carnivores alike around the Metro. Next is ArroZeria, which introduces an interesting take on a beloved Spanish dish, the paella. Il Ponticello, on the other hand, rises from its former image as a booze-filled destination, to one of the city's dining spots. As usual, we finish off with recommendations for drinks and dessert, with Rye and Milkcow, respectively.
