Leigh Languages was started in 1984 by Heather Leigh, a teacher and examiner.The staff employed are highly qualified and the classes are relatively small. Someclasses are examination orientated, others are not. It must be stressed that thereis no obligation to take an examination. Please consult with Heather beforeregistering for a class if you are in doubt. The classes are meant to give pleasureas well as training for examinations. We arrange visits abroad, visiting speakersand entertainment throughout the year. Text books for each course mustbe purchased by the student. These can be obtained from Leigh Languages.Complimentary handouts are given with many lessons.

We are a centre (No. 16808) for the following examinations.G.C.S.E., A/S and A LevelCertificates of attendance and achievement will be given upon request.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT MUST BE CARRIED OUT BEFORE YOUATTEND A CLASS. We require a minimum of 7 students before a class can run.NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN FOR NON ATTENDANCE. If a class provesunsuitable, students may change to another group. Please contact us for advice ifyou are unsure of which class you should join. If you know the class for whichyou wish to register, use the printed form at the end of the brochure.APPLICATION AND PAYMENT METHODS are detailed overleaf.
