FacilitationThe Forum is expertly facilitated by Jackie Taylor

Her role is:• Organising meetings• Inviting guests• Minutes• Developing a work plan• Sharing information and guidance• Maintaining membership contacts• Promotion

Chairperson

The role of the Chairperson is to:

• Chair Forum meetings.• Set the agenda.• Anyone may be chairperson for up

to 3 years.

Sub-Groups & CommitteesSub-groups are set up to review how the work plan is achieved. Forum members can feedback on the work of external committees/work groups.

Other external committees are:• Learning Disability Outcomes Group• Learning Disability Accommodation Group• Adult Protection Committee• Challenging behaviour• Involvement group• Learning Disability Conference• Social Inclusion• Transition• Service self evaluation/analysis
