Adjectives are needed for the comparative.Ex) Bob is smarter than Bill.Chuck Norris is stronger than everyone.

There is no way to say –ER in French though!

Bob est PLUS intelligent QUE Bill.Chuck Norris est PLUS fort QUE tout le monde.The adjectives are used with plus que, moins que, aussi que to say –ER!

ex) strongER, smartER

With the use of adjectives, you always have to remember to make them M.PL, F.S. or F.PL.Ex) Sally est plus intelligentE que Billy.Sally et Beth sont plus intelligentES que Billy.
