Joel' Bradley began her career at LAN Magazine more than three years ago. In that time period,she learned a variety of skills and was able to balance a heavy workload at a demanding trademagazine. She began as editorial assistant, moved to production editor, and eventually was promotedto managing editor of production.

As a production editor, Joel' was quick to learn pagination techniques and soon became an asset tothe production team. She was always willing to do whatever it took to mail the magazine on time,even if that meant working late or working through the weekend. She could produce a high quantityof pages in a short period of time, and she kept the magazine production process moving.

Joel' worked very independent of others and expressed multiple diverse interests in many areas ofmagazine production, including layout, art, and page design. She was very dedicated to her job, andshows good potential.
