The Byrd Amendment [ Public Law 108-447, Section 111(b)] requires that schools receiving federal funds teach the Constitution on Constitution Day. *Please look for your documentation form in your email and be sure to submit your documentation form to the Social Studies Curriculum Dept.

• Short-cycle assessments administered once a 6 weeks.

• More questions (10-20) on each SCA.

• MoY I and MoY II are required for all campuses.

• The SEs that are tested are listed in your CRM and YI.
