ORDER

Made by the Minister in accordance with sections 5 and 30 of the Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act

THE ANTI-DUMPING AND COUNTERVAILING DUTIES (ANTI-DUMPING DUTY) ORDER, 2016

1. This Order may be cited as the Anti-Dumping andCountervailing Duties (Anti-Dumping Duty) Order, 2016.

2. The following anti-dumping duties listed below are imposed onaluminium extrusions originating in the People’s Republic of China andfound to be dumped:

3. This Order supersedes the Direction to the Comptroller ofCustoms and Excise in Legal Notice No. 22 of 2016 dated 16th February, 2016.

4. This Order shall come into effect on 21st February, 2016 andceases on 20th February, 2021.
