Whether your idea is to become a teacher or to deepen your practice, Imagine Academy will encourage you to have the valor and
responsibility to find your own voice as a teacher, but mainly as a human being, as each one of us has its own path and purpose. Achieving
a constant, disciplined and honest process of inner inquiry is the main goal of all our programs.
KUNDALINI YOGA?WHAT IS
Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices that incorporate
movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras
with the goal of building up physical vitality and increasing consciousness. Also known
as the yoga of transformation because of the powerful internal processes that occur as
a result of the practice of these techniques.
MAKE US UNIQUE?WHAT
At Imagine Academy we come from the lineage of Yogi Bhajan and offer the teachings
of Kundalini Yoga free from dogma. We seek to awake in the students the inner teacher
and the desire to look at practice and life in a conscious way. We want to inspire you to
have the courage and responsibility to really think for yourself and connect with your
needs and emotions, which are unique, to live according to your purpose in life, or what
in yogic philosophy is known as Dharma.

TEACHER’S TEAMKUNDALINI YOGA TRAINING
Hargobind Singh, director of the program. Teacher, writer, poet, philosopher, father, grandfather. Known
affectionately as Babaji, which means grandfather. He has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for 49 years. A son of the
1960’s, he found Yogi Bhajan in 1970 and remained his faithful student until his teacher’s death in 2004. He has
been teaching teachers for more than 25 years. With his family of teachers at Imagine Academy, he is committed to
bringing an idea of what Kundalini Yoga should be in this millennium – free from dogmas, free to practice, and Just
about Love.
Daniela Troconis Daly. Yoga practitioner since 2004, trained in Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa and Hatha/Tantra Yoga
Flow, Daniela has been sharing the teachings of yoga since 2008 and training Kundalini Yoga Teachers since 2012, as
part of Imagine Academy in Spain & Switzerland. Her approach to yoga is brings light to alignment in Kundalini Yoga
practices as a way to go deeper into the experiences and take more advantage of it. Teaching with strength and care,
she guides her students with ease, igniting the energy within through breathing techniques and awareness of the
present moment in every yoga posture, to then dive her students into deep meditative practices.
Pedro Misle. I believe in practice, in the effort, in the daily quest. Life is found in every moment and it is you who
manages to make every moment valuable. I believe in personal freedom and in the ability of each individual to live
his life fully. I believe in responsibility, the right and duty to become aware of each of life’s moments for what they can
hold for you. For me yoga represents the essence of responsibility, effort, search for oneself and sincerity of action.
We all have an infinite amount of beauty inside of us and what we have to work on is the ability to see it by ourselves
and therefore in others. I practice every day to believe more in myself and therefore to believe more in you.
Judith Ender. Judith Ender, came in contact with Yoga in her childhood, through her Mother who practiced Hatha
Yoga at Home. Her own Yoga practice startet 2000 in Barcelona, she became a serious and devoted practitioner when
she found Kundalini Yoga in 2007. Judith is trained in Kundalini Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and is studying Naad (Mantra/
Sound) Yoga since 2011. She is offering classes since 2009 and is the cofounder of Gobinde Yoga, the first Kundalini
Yoga Center of Zürich. Since 2013 she hosts and is teaching in the Kundalini Yoga Trainers program. Her way to
teach the powerful techniques of Kundalini Yoga Kriyas is gentle and strong at the same time. It makes her happy to
share her love for the practice and make these teachings who, has been so life changing for her self, accessible for
everyone on the yoga path.
Cynthia Reschke. Having practiced different styles of yoga for the past 15 years my first Kundalini yoga class was
love at first sight. Something has happened and was the beginning of this exciting journey. It became part of my daily
life, wether it’s staying calm when my kids challenge me, standing properly on both feet waiting at the bus stop or
focusing better at work, it’s just cultivating an attitude of permanent learning. My life became much more I could
ever IMAGINE and I am infinitely grateful of finding this precious space within me. The way my wonderful teachers
transmit this philosophy inspires me to retransmit and share this amazing practice and to keep growing from inside
out. I was born and raised in Germany, lived in Barcelona for a third of my life and now here in Switzerland for the
past 3 years. Together with my husband we are parents of two magnificent sons, our greatest teachers of all.
Paula Villar. Kundalini Yoga came into my life unexpectedly and it has remained to accompany me at every step. In
2009 I did the training with Hargobind and I feel that the door that was opened there was a gift that pushes me to
share this that I have learned and that I continue to discover. I am very grateful to the practice, the teachers and all
those who come with dedication and confidence to share this experience. I find in this technique a powerful force
to clean, release, transform, and I suspect that it is the unfolding of one’s own power what makes us feel all that. I
believe that bringing awareness into the body, mind and breath radically transforms our path through this world,
shall we walk together?
