We were talking about weight loss and getting healthy and
feeling better.
Jessica is with Livin Well Family Chiropractic and they can will help you with a InBody Scan
The scan will tell you how your body is doing by measuring water mass, bone mass, muscle mass, fat mass…etc I think Jessica said its only about $25 for the scan. “We can do walk-ins at our location at 1122 Logan, but for best results you might want to schedule a scan
around meals/workouts”.
Jessica CC'd the resident health coach, Roxanne, who runs our
nutrition program and administers scans. She can fill you in on details and get you on the schedule. We
also have corporate plans for scans and weight loss, if you're interested
in upping the ante for an office challenge.
