Question: My keyboard is too sensitive and always mistype.

Do you know:In your iPad, there is some smart setting and it impacts to the typing experience and sensitivity of the typing, it sometimes cause the connected Bluetooth keyboard too sensitive and easily to mistype, you could toggle off the settings in Keyboard(Auto-Correction, Enable Caps Lock, Shortcuts, Smart Punctuation, Split Keyboard, Enable Key Flicks, “.” Shortcut). You can also keep them on if you really need the function.

Step 1: Go to your iPad setting – General – Keyboard

A. Keyboard continuously have the period when press the space key, and capitalization of initial letters in words occur spontaneously (step 1-3) .

Step 3: Toggle off “.” shortcut (very important)

Step 1: Make sure your iPad is fully charged Step 2: Delete the keyboard connection on iPad(suggest to update iPad system to latest version)

Power indicator turns solid green(with the cable input) when your keyboard is fully charged (note: normal charging time is 2 to 4 hours).

Question : I have some keys drop off, how do I get a key top re-attached?

Step 1: Try centering the key over where it should go

Step 2: Pressing down firmly on it until you hear/feel it snap in place.

If all goes well, it should work as good as new after that. If it doesn’t, please contact us.
