Fill the carbometer with carbonchips up

to start level

Distribute carbonchips from the pool to players:-3 chip for the first three players- 4 for the rest

Put tokens:-On your country panel on the first field of the row in the same color- On your area of gameboard

How to play?1. Take a greenhouse card from the pile

2. Roll the dice

3. Estimate the consequences

Some countries have privileges:

OPEC- 1 additional carbonchip for 4 black factories on gameboard

FSU – can demand 1 carbonchip from any player

Developing countries can put up to 3 chips from the pool onto the carbometer and vise versa

5. Make investments

Build black factories

Build green factories

Buy protection token

Innovation (R&D) – 7 carbonchips, can be paid jointly

Put certain number of carbonchips from the pool onto the carbometer (depends on the colour)

You are Winner if you have reached both economic and political target

If no player has more than 2 factories on the board
