• Conducted interviews to discover user needs across multiple touchpoints. • Designed prototypes and lead testing to validate web and app design. • Analyzed research and created detailed reports with recommendations. • Advocated and presented findings to senior management and partners.

• Identify user behaviour and usability issues through user research. • Developed personas and user journeys to enhance user experience. • Designed low-fi and high fidelity mocks that meet client and user needs. • Ran A/B and eye tracking tests to measure impact of design changes.
