Tutoring Program Sign-Up
Our tutoring program will resume on Sept. 8.
Tiffany Sanchez will coordinate the program; volunteers are needed who
can commit to the entire school year one evening per week or serve as al-
ternates. Please let Tiffany know if you can help with this worthwhile com-
munity outreach program.
Please help out; a lot of tutoring is just listening to them read or
helping with their homework...

Neighborhood Ladies Bible Class (NLBS) will begin Thursday, Septem-ber 4th in Fellowship 2 at 10am. The Gospel of Luke will be studied, via a study guide by Casandra Martin. The Gospel of Luke is filled with people with Impossibles. Learning to live God’s Possible rather than be defined by our Impossibles is a journey of a lifetime. It will chanllenge us to believe bigger, walk closer, worship deeper, pray harder, obey quicker and love longer than we ever have before. Cost of the study guide is $10, please see Rama Patterson or MaryAnn Forcht to get your copy. We will be studying the first lesson on the first day of class.
Bridal Dessert Shower-September 7, 2pm

Let him care for you. It’s his job.
Set aside date nights. Whether at home or going out.
Admire him. Make sure you’re his biggest fan.
Stand by him. Your loyalty is invaluable.
Decide in the beginning that you’re going to stick together until the
very end. “Til death do you part.”
Do him good. All the days of your life. Proverbs 31:12
Keep in mind that marriage can be hard work. But it’s so worth the
effort.
*Month of September Faith @ Home will be on the 21st.
