And now, Paltrow has turned her a1en2on to Juice Beauty, the San Francisco based organic cosme2cs start-‐up company she's sure will be a household name within a few years. She recently signed on as crea2ve director of the company and is also one of its most notable shareholders.
Paltrow insists the venture is a long2me dream come true for her because it fits with her vision of the non-‐toxic sort of environment that's needed for the planet's ongoing sustainability. In addi2on to helping Juice Beauty develop its own products, she is currently collabora2ng with the company to develop a branded line of skin care to sell on her site, Goop.

Earlier this year, Paltrow and Gersh took their first public step into private label goods, announcing a partnership with the San Francisco Bay Area-‐based organic skincare company Juice Beauty. “They were looking for someone to endorse their makeup line and we were looking for somebody to help us build a skincare line from the ground up,” Paltrow says.
“This was, we don’t have to start from square one.” But the approach may change, she cau2ons. “We won’t necessarily follow this structure every 2me.”
The actress is now developing a colour makeup collec2on with Juice, set to hit stores in 2015. In 2016, a skincare range – engineered in partnership with Juice – will arrive on the site. “We don’t have tens of millions of dollars to sink into research and development,” says Paltrow.
