As a long time partner of the Nevada Department of Corrections, and also of many of theparticipating state Department of Corrections (DOCs) listed in RFP 1901 - Inmate Kiosks, KeefeGroup thanks you for your review of our proposal and looks forward to enhancing alreadysuccessful partnerships. The options listed in the cost proposal, while specific to Nevada DOC needs, may be modifiedupon request. If afforded the opportunity, Keefe will enhance the current operation with ourproven technology and additional services that include, but are not limited to MP3, Deposits,EmailjSecure Messaging, Secure Release and Video Visitation. Should your needs change,Keefe will remain flexible throughout our partnership.

While our no cost proposal is important to the selection process, it should not be the soleconsideration. It is important to consider a provider's background and financial stability, itsexperience and references in comparable engagements, and the expertise and availability of itskey personnel.
