The JLAC Facility
This stunning venue located on the shores of the
Estuary, boasts one of the best waterfront views in
Oakland, and some of Oakland’s finest venues for
gatherings and celebrations.
A grand entrance area greets visitors with a soaring central
tower of skylights flooding both floors with natural light.
The top of the stairwell, greets you with another sun-filled
room, which defines a second spacious gathering area.
The main banquet room, located on the second floor includes
a high-pitched ceiling framed with massive wooden beams that can
accommodate 185 guests. Floor to ceiling windows provide sweep-
ing panoramic views along with French doors leading out onto the
deck area, completing your view of the waterfront from inside the
main room. Two identical breakout rooms are enclosed within the
main room to be used at your choosing.
A custom catering kitchen, conveniently located near the elevator
and stairwell, puts the final touches on this spectacular venue.

attention to help you plan your special event with excellent
customer service, one-on-one viewing times, and personalized
guided tours to provide endless options for the success of your

Estuary ParkJust east of the JLAC facility is Estuary
Park, a seven-acre open space largely
hidden from view from the adjoining road.
The park includes a public boat launching
ramp, a fishing pier, a large group picnic
area and a stepped area leading to the water
which provides excellent views of special
events or a close-up look at the local bird
population. A 1,500 foot pathway along
the water connects the park with Jack
London Village, at the south end of Jack
London Square.

• French doors open onto an expansive outdoor patio overlooking the Oakland Estuary.
• Two smaller “breakout” conference rooms are adjacent to main meeting room.
• A fully-equipped prep kitchen is centrally located near the elevator and stairs.
• A non-exclusive Approved Caterer’s List and Linen Rental Services available.
• A seven-acre waterfront park has a walking path that connects to Jack London Square.
• A pergola covers a large picnic area with table and benches at the water’s edge.
• An on-site lot offers convenient and plentiful parking.
