2Confidential Information

• ABR (Australian Bio-Refining) Process Development is a water remediation company that specializes in the removal & recovery of chemicals from processed wastewater.

• Our processes generate cash flow from recovered pure acids, alkalis, caustics, salts & metals. We can eliminate costs for the disposal of IX regen & RO wastewater.

• Our main office/lab is in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, plus we have a manufacturing facility in Melbourne, Victoria. We have been operating in North America out of Southern California and Montana since late 2014.

Advantages

• ABR’s patented technologies do not have any direct competitors providing full recovery of acid, caustic, metals and clear water.

• Our processes are cost efficient typically with a three-year payback.

• ABR’s technologies offer high standards of reliability.

• Competitors can only offer more costly and less efficient processes.
