• Clipboard allows HealtheLife users with upcoming appointments to enter and review information prior to their appointment, including concerns and details specific to their visit and health information, such as medications, allergies, health issues, procedures or surgeries, family history and general health questions.

• Design to be taken before, after, or during a visit.

• Static forms are completely customizable via a Power form creation.

Allows the patient to select the location in DirectBookScheduling or View of Upcoming Appointments to view it on a map - will open in Google Maps on a desktop/Smartphone with directions.

Self - Enrollment

Allows an existing patient to create a portal account without being sent an invite. Organization can decide what identifier to use (MRN/CMRN/SSN/Email Address)
