• Sentec is a duly registered company in Kenya since 2016.

• It provides energy solutions to Kenya’s domestic, commercial and industrialization

sector with an emphasis on renewable energy and low load consuming Lighting

solutions.

• We design, size, install and maintain solar power, solar water heating and inverter-

based power backup systems. We are also involved massively in sales and distribution

of solar panels, charge controllers, inverters, batteries and LED lighting solutions.

• The company has over the past 5 years been able to install over 8MW of solar

electricity solutions in the region and over 50,000L of solar hot water solutions to the

Kenyan market serving over 20000 households and commercial entities within the

core mandate of affordable electricity supplies to the unconnected and connected

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFF GRID SOLAR ENERGY SOLUTIONS We have connected various individuals, hospitals, schools, and farmers majorly

in north rift and north eastern parts of the country to electricity from solar.

The solutions have enabled farmers to daily irrigate their crops and animals

with a one-off investment that has made possible economic cantered farming

to proceed unhindered.

Hospitals and schools can now operate fully on 24 hrs. serving the

communities with education and Medicare just like any other urban cantered

institution.

By so doing various health and education cases have been arrested and

improved upon from the remotest parts of the country thanks to sentec and

solar.

ON GRID SOLAR ENERGY SOLUTIONS

This solution is designed to majorly reduce the cost of electricity to clients already

connected to the national grid.

Sentec has installed grid connected solar energy solutions cutting down costs of

electricity by up to 50%.

The clients have in turn been able to control and manage their own quantities of

power generated and leveraging the same from the grid purchases allowing

transparency and efficiency in their power management and billing.

Major beneficiaries have been industries , hospitals, schools and hotels among others.

Solar water heating systems

Sentec has installed over 50,000 liters of hot water systems to individual homes, institutions of

learning and even hospitals to provide reliable hot water requirements free from the sun.

The costs of electricity for these sites have been reduced to between 70% to 100% while service

reliability of the hot water availability for varied uses has always been 100%.

Major clients have been schools , hospitals , light industries , hotels , forensic laboratory centres

and individual residential homes .

Street lighting solutions

With our innovative cost-effective outdoor lighting solutions sentec has managed to

contribute to the safety of homes and institutions through the ever present reliable

solar lighting solutions.

With their compact independent design and automatic functions, the systems give

great autonomy of operations after dusk while reliably providing over 12 hrs. of

outdoor lighting solutions without fail to both private and public sites.

INTERNSHIP, TRAINING AND CAREER NURTURING Since inception key technical and market training has been the center

of the sentec family.

Equipping staff and interns on the key knowledge of energy movement

in the country while offering practical exposure in the office and fields

to apply the same has seen over 15 graduates from various tertiary

institutions acquire technical and commercial knowledge and skills that

have gone along away in improving their employability in the country.

The current technical team is fully a product of the internal training

and absorption policy of the Sentec family.
