Basic Screen LayoutThe user has “go anywhere, from anywhere” access on the main screen. The navigation, list, and record panes are configurable. One click gives the user access to any module, list view, search function, filter, lexicon, report, or tag set.

Configure your List View from the toolbar. There are options to sort the visible list or choose which fields to view in the sort order you prefer. Users may also group records by dragging and dropping columns.

Click on the arrow above any column in the list pane to access the Quick Filter function. This will reveal a list of all categories associated with that column such as location, object or artist/maker/eminent figure. Filter by selecting the desired category.

Select multiple records and add them to a “tag set”. These “tag sets” may be private (My Tags) or available to all users (Shared Tags). Access to these subsets is quick and easy from the navigator pane or the button bar.
