• GOALS

• Foster invasive species data sharing

• Increase awareness of invasive species issues

• Facilitate rapid response and management efforts for newly reported populations of invasive plants

Verify Reports How does it differ? Customizable by county, state, or species; offers verification for data providers that currently do not have verification procedures in place

Verification Procedures

• All verifiers must be approved

• Familiarity with invasive plant species in verification area

• Formal or informal plant identification training

• Resources available for assistance when needed
