MOTION: It was moved by Louise Cox and seconded by Hussein Abdelaal Aboseda that a drafting panel compile a reference document of existing “Practice Handbooks” and that the resulting document be posted on the PPC Website as an “Interim Practice Note”. The motion was adopted unanimously by voice vote.

MOTION: It was moved by Eugene Barnard and seconded by Phillip Crafford that the “Compilation of Practice Handbooks” be posted as a “Practice Note” on the PPC Website, and that the compilation work continue and be updated annually. The motion was adopted unanimously by voice vote .

Upon completion of the presentation Mr. Barnard offered three proposals on how to proceed from this point:

1. Communicate the compiled materials via email, the newsletter and the UIA website to the member-sections.

2. Compile and publish an outline useable by a member-section to develop its own Practice Handbook specific to its local practices. Mr. Barnard offered to develop the outline.

3. Update the Practice Handbook Compilation on a three year cycle utilizing the PPC/Secretariat Questionnaire as a means to obtain updated data.
