IMARC was a success All the feedback from international delegates has been good
Finding a niche in the industryrsquos global conference circuit was always going to be a challenge There is a limit to how many conferences the most senior industry leaders can attend and Canadarsquos PDAC and Africarsquos Indaba have pretty well inked themselves in as cornerstones over many years so IMARC did exceptionally well to attract so many key individuals
Owen Hegarty EMR Capital
We are excited about IMARC because the Victorian State Government and the Federal Government are committed to having one major mining conference in Australia for mining This conference brings together mining supply professionals and junior mining companies all into the one forum And we think thatrsquos a great environment
Elizabeth Lewis-Gray Chair Austmine
IMARC was a remarkable conference noted for the extraordinary attendance for its first annual event marked not only by the number of registrations and sponsors but by the depth of content in the presentation from which all attendees were able to engage with the latest exploration mining extraction and administrative developments across a wide range of mineral products A first class event and one to which the organisers are to be congratulated
Hugh Morgan First Charnock
Fantastic for networking
I was very happy with the result of the exhibition and
having exhibited several times at AIMEX there was quite a contrast in the people attending IMARC There
were certainly a lot of senior people from the major mining companies
and the ldquoMeet The Minersrdquo concept from Austmine was
very good
IMARC represents an excellent opportunity for minerals professionals to
support and participate in a mining industry conference
of international importance
