II Malaysia - outcomes
Key themes • Extended access to high quality PE and sport to those
with special educational needs and potential future Paralympians.
• Increased coaching skills of teachers and coaches to include child protection and life skills (with an HIV and AIDS education and awareness component) through sport.
• Exploration and modeling of the role of sport in the national drive towards Positive discipline in schools.
• Creation of a ‘culture of sport’ in Malaysia.
Outcomes of the debrief day:
All schools will have:
1) Submitted a final copy of their joint partnership development plans signed by representatives from both schools and signed off by BC and YST

Inspiration • 20 countries, 600 schools• Aims:
– Share good practice and take an innovative approach in the use of Physical Education, sport and play
– Benefit children, young people and the wider community
– Work together to enhance the educational experience of young people using PE and sport as the vehicle
– Record and share work through a published case study

Developing the Partnership plan
