To decrease shares that have not been paid and reserved for any convertible
securities in total of Baht 8,221 (ordinary shares 8,221 shares at par value of
Baht 1 each).
Resulting to the Company’s registered shares have been decreased from Baht
145,000,000 (ordinary shares 145,000,000 shares at par value of Baht 1 each) to
be Baht 144,991,779 (ordinary shares 144,991,779 shares at par value of Baht 1
each).
