Step2: copy the URL Address for the video you would like to use.

Step 4: download the video using mp4 or flv

Step 5:6Step5: save the video for further use.

Step 6: go to Kinovea

Step 7:8Step7: Click on File on the top left hand

corner

Step 8: click on Open Video File

Step 9:10Step9: Click on the video you want on

Kinovea

Step10: Click OPEN to put video in Kinovea

Step 11:12Step11: Drag the video to the plan section of

Kinovea

Step 12: Choose the type of screen you would like to use.

Step 13:14Step 13: Make the necessary adjustments in

Kinovea using position to slow the video.

Step 14: Slow down the video to 75%

Step 15: click on magnifying glass and put it on the spot you want it.

Step 15:16Step16: After finishing the video, save video.

Step 17: Upload video to YouTube.
