Installing your ePad Required Drivers to Download: Universal Installer and IntegriSign Desktop 1. Go to www.epadsupport.com

2. Select either the Universal Installer or IntegriSign Desktop to begin by clicking on the red ‘Learn More’ link. (Both drivers are required)

3. On the next page, click ‘Download’.

4. ‘Run’ the download.

5. Click next. If you have any Microsoft programs running, please close them first before installing the drivers.

6. Follow the prompts in the wizard. If you are revisiting the wizard, make sure all boxes have a check mark within the Universal Installer wizard. Click ‘Finish’ when done. 7. Repeat steps when downloading ‘IntegriSign Desktop.’ Click ‘Next.’

8. Accept the ‘User Agreement.’

9. Click ‘OK.’

10. Enter a Username and Company Name. Click ‘Next.’

11. Every box should be checked. Click ‘Next.’

12. Should be ‘IntegriSign Desktop’ for program folder. Click ‘Next.’

13. Click ‘Finish.’

14. Unplug your ePad for a few seconds and plug it back in.

Internet options that need to be changed **Make sure you are using Internet Explorer as your browser.

Add FormFox to your trusted sites 1. Click ‘Tools’/ gear icon in the top right hand corner of your Internet Explorer browser.

2. Open the menu and select ‘Internet Options’.

3. Click on the second tab labeled ‘Security’.

4. Click on the green checkmark labeled ‘Trusted Sites’.

5. Click on the button labeled ‘Sites’.

6. Add FormFox to the bigger box.

Turn Off Pop-Up Blockers 1. Click ‘Tools’/ gear icon in the top right hand corner of your Internet Explorer browser.

2. Open the menu and select ‘Internet Options’.

3. Click on the third tab labeled ‘Privacy’.

4. Make sure Pop-Up Blocker is turned off (no checkmark in the box).

5. Click ‘Apply’/ ‘OK’.

Enable SSL and TLS security 1. Open ‘internet options’ again. 2. Go to the ‘Advanced’ tab.

3. Scroll down to the bottom and check all the ‘use SSL’ and ‘use TLS’.

At this point; try completing a mock collection to see if the barcode scanner and the ePad are working correctly.
