MISSIONINITIATIVE is a missional millennial network that connects, equips, and empowers local missionaries to walk in a manner worthy of their calling for the good of the city. We focus on unifying, mobilizing,

and building character in the generation fastest to leave the Church, millennials. This is accomplished through various, focused events and discipleship that push millennials to unite across racial and

denominational boundaries while transforming them into local missionaries with a heart to use their God-given gifts to reach their city.

VISIONRidgecrest Baptist Church generously donated nearly 800 square feet to INITIATIVE last fall. The space is air conditioned, maintained, and cleaned once a week. The physical location is highly convenient, and

exceedingly appreciated. The resource has proved to increase our team’s capacity for growth, productivity, and healthy communication. Unfortunately, the space is not being utilized with it’s greatest potential solely due to financial limitations. The hope for this space is that we can meet somewhere that fosters creativity,

collaboration, and efficiency. We see this as highly beneficial with the increase in entrepreneurial collabora-tive spaces in the DFW area. With office space already in our possession, we want to adopt a similar idea

in our own context. If INITIATIVE hosted a central space for young adults, city leaders, and/ or church staff members to gather, cultivate discipleship, and hold staff meetings. The identity, branding, and culture of

INITIATIVE would be embedded in the décor and arrangement of these offices.
