14 Brief Description of Works

Procurement Of Civil Construction Works and Related Services. Lot-1: BSCIC Sub-station: Replacement of barbed wire fencing, Extension of boundary wall, Construction of boundary wall. Lot-2: Tongi-2 Sub-station: Extension of boundary wall, Under ground water reservoir and one observation tower. Lot-3: Tongi-3 Sub-station: Extension of boundary wall, Under ground water reservoir and one observation tower. Lot-4: Extension of boundary wall and one observation tower. A) Uttara Sub-station B) ADA Sub-station C) Gulshan1 Sub-station

15 Price of Tender Document

Tk. 2000/- (Taka Two Thousand) only payable in the form of Pay Order/Bank draft from any scheduled bank in Bangladesh in favor of Dhaka Electric Supply Company Limited (DESCO).

16 Tender Security Amount (Tk)

Tk. 43,000/- (Tk. Forty Three Thousand only) for Lot-1, Lot-2, Lot-3 each and Tk. 52,000/- (Tk. Fifty Two Thousand only) for Lot-4, Payable in the form of Bank Guarantee/Bank draft/Pay order in favor of Dhaka Electric Supply Company Limited, DESCO.

17 Work Completion Period

4 (Four) Months.
