I-Grad is an eighteen-month management trainee programme where you’ll learn the ins and outs of running a great hotel while developing your capabilities as a future leader. As an I-Grad you’ll:

In the first six months you’ll learn how each of the functions within the hotel contributes to the overall success of the business. By rotating through five different areas, you’ll get to see the big picture.

Once you’ve had a taste of everything, it’s time to choose an area you’d like to specialise in. We’ll put together a 26-week supervisory level programme for you where you’ll get to dive deeper into the functional area of your choice.

In this phase, you’ll get a chance to work as a leader and experience what your life beyond I-Grad will be like. You’ll also commit to a project which you’ll own and drive during your six months with the department.

Phase 3Preparing For Your Future
