CENTRAL-EASTERN EUROPE REGIONAL CONFERENCE
Polish-English simultaneous translation of sessionsA t t r a c t i v e a t t e n d e e ’ s p a c k a g eEarly bird registration by 5 October 2012
About the conference
The aim of the conference is to discuss current economic and legal problems, which businesses have to deal with in their own countries and in conducting cross-border investments in the CEE region. The conference will have a tangible, practical character and will bring together a large number of entrepreneurs from across Poland and other European countries.
The key questions will be which challenges or rather opportunities will prevail in the future for growing business operations in new EU member states, and whether there is an apparent risk of “post-accession drift” following the active, positive stage immediately after accession.
The conference will provide an opportunity to discuss experiences and projections for several new EU member states (focusing on the examples of the “Visegrád Group”: the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia), as well as to share views with representatives of some of the “old” EU member states.
In thinking about this, it may be an interesting approach to focus on “regional champions”-companies that have grown to play a key role within Central & Eastern Europe.
Who should attend
• Entrepreneurs investing in CEE region
• Finance directors
• In-house lawyers
• Lawyers from private practice
• Business advisors
• Members of business and trade organisations
• Public administration representatives
