STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Math) Program Organized the biggest student run conference in Canada! (more on that later)
Math program 11 students were offered scholarships based on math contest scores 110 students in math club, top 1-2 schools in Peel on every contest last year
DECA We have one of the biggest programs in Ontario! Various scholarships/monetary prizes offered every year Many students compete at internationals every year

Glenforest students have won MANY science fair competitions! Most recent = Peel Region Science Fair 2015 Intermediate & Senior Gold Medal Award winners - Karthik Prasad and Ahbinav
Boyed - grade 9 MYP Both boys also received the Canadian Nuclear Society Award at the Fair in April 2015. These boys are going on to the National Canadian Science Fair.
WHAT IS IB???
Academically rigorous (but balanced), holistic learning model which develops the whole student, and encourages students to take on leadership roles within the school and the larger community.

internationally - 15 Glenforest students were accepted in- Wto the program last year, at least 5-15 in
other years
