IA PCDA TRAVEL FOR 5 E-TOKENS – IA Internet

The current version of PAN Army Internet BOSS image bundles driversfor below eTokens by default.

How to Load PKCS11 in Firefox:

a) Locate Firefox

b) Preferences

c) Preferences->Advanced Certificate Security Devices→ →

d) Loading PKCS#11 libraries

Load Aladdin eToken and its Libraries

Instructions

1) Insert the Aladdin 72k eToken.(otherwise it wont load)

2) Go to Firefox and load the library as show in the Image.Give the path as “/usr/lib/pkcs11/aladdin.so”

Once the necessary token is loaded into the browser, the pcdatravel website should start working.

NOTE:Aladdin library has got some compatibility issues with Firefox and need to be unloaded once used, otherwise Firefox will open ONLY if the token is plugged into the machine.

3) Once the work with the pcdatravel website is done , either unload the Aladdin library from Firefox or use chromium browser for browsing.

This step of unloading the library from Firefox is not needed for other tokens and needed only for Aladdin token.

4) Repeat 1,2,3 as and when Aladdin 72k Digital Signature is needed.

Note: It is always mandatory that Aladdin 72k token is inserted whenever you load and unload a Aladdin eToken.

Loading TrustKey eToken Libraries - Path: “/usr/lib/pkcs11/trustkey.so”

Loading Gemalto eToken Libraries – Path: “/usr/lib/pkcs11/gemalto.so”

Loading MoserBaer eToken Libraries – Path: “/usr/lib/pkcs11/moserbaer.so”

Loading epass2003 eToken Libraries – Path: “/usr/lib/pkcs11/epass2003.so”

Load PCDA travel webiste via Firefox Browser (https://pcdatravel.gov.in/pcda )

Conclusion:

CDAC confirms the compatibility of below eTokens on pcdatravel.gov.in with default bundled drivers.

1. Moserbaer2. Gemalto3. epass20034. Trustkey5. Aladdin 72k (need to load / unload libraries in firefox)

CDAC Chennai has tested and verified the loading of eToken libraries in the Firefoxbrowser. The full flow of the pcdatravel application need to be tested and verified only by Indian Army.
