Reading Comprehension Task Cards

Thank you for purchasing my Mustache

Reading Comprehension Task Cards. Use

these task cards during your guided reading

groups. These questions will allow your

students to delve deeper into a story. The

questions cover basic story elements, main

idea, and text connections.

The worksheets at the end of the packet are

intended to track the students’ response for

documentation purposes. There are two

different worksheets for your choosing. The

first lets you record the answers for all 28

task cards; the second allows you to write

the number of the task card and provides

you space to record the answers to 6 task

cards (numbers do not have to go

sequentially).
