How to setup scan to folder on hp

HOW TO SETUP SCAN TO FOLDER ON HP LJ 9050 MFP

STEP 1: Go to your web browser and type the IP address of the copier/printer.

Note: If this message appear just click “Proceed Anyway”

STEP 2: Click Digital Sending

STEP 3: On Digital Sending click “Send to Folder Settings”.

STEP 4: On Send to folder setting click “Receiving Copier” then “Edit”.

STEP 5: On the “QUICK SET MEMBERS”click “Receiving Copier” then

“Edit”

STEP 6: Change the Username and Password, make

sure that the user have an access on,

Then click “Test Folder Access”

If the User don’t have enough access to this destination path:

Just try another username and password.

Note: Don’t forget to click “OK” after verifying folder access.

STEP 7: Change the Username and Password, then apply.(same as the username and password that has been verified

earlier)

NOTE: Don’t forget to click “APPLY”

STEP 8: You can now try the Scan to Folder on your machine.
