Sustainable, responsible and impact (SRI) investing, in the United States continues to expand at a healthy pace, with one in four dollars of the $46.6 trillion in total U.S. assets under professional management under SRI strategies.

In an interview format, Leslie Samuelrich, President of Green Century Capital Management, which is owned by a public health and environmental nonprofit, will discuss her role in managing funds for individuals and institutions using Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards in investment analysis and portfolio construction. Specifically, Leslie will discuss the opportunities associated with investing in sustainable companies, the advantages of shareholder advocacy and Green Century's mission.

Leslie Samuelrich has more than 25 years of experience in ESG investing, corporate engagement, and environmental and public health advocacy. Her comments have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, The New York Times, Responsible Investor, Barron’s, many other outlets. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investment (US SIF) and the Advisory Board of the Intentional Endowments Network. She is a guest lecturer on impact investing at The Wharton School and annually presents at dozens of national and regional industry conferences and events.
